Do you charge for multiple dogs?
all of our service packages for Dog Walking & Pet Sitting include up to two dogs. Our prices are per time spent with your pets, not per dog. We DO charge an extra $5 per 30 minute visit for 3 or more dogs.
Are your walkers part of your team?
ALL of our walkers are insured, background checked, driving history checked and fully part of OUR team. We do NOT subcontract out work. We train our staff extensively and make sure everyone LOVES what they do.
What’s the timeline for scheduling a walk?
In order to make sure we can get it scheduled for sure we require notice the Sunday before the walk the latest. anything after that may not have guaranteed coverage.
All scheduled walks require a 60 minute window (30 minutes before or 30 minutes after schedule appointment)
How are walks handled in bad weather?
for extreme weather conditions, Heavy snowfall, Heavy Rain, Extreme Heat or Extreme cold. We always make sure we hit our time for our visits in time spent giving love, affection and attention to your fur babies. For the safety and comfort of your pets, during severe weather, we try to spend only the time outside needed to allow them to do their business. We then focus the rest of our time giving them 1-on-1 time in the house. This is to keep their paws safe from the heat and comfortably away from the elements.
